Electrical Safety for the
Non-Electrical Worker

This training is intended for the non-electrical worker and is for individuals who are not exposed directly to electrical hazards and or do not directly supervise workers who are exposed to electrical hazards. At the end of this course, member companies can certify that their workers have received the appropriate OSHA training.

This boot camp course is designed to provide learners with the benefits of working with fiber to the premises (FTTP) networks to service customers. Learners will identify the installation equipment and CPE needed to support FTTP networks, prepare fiber, work with multiple wavelengths, and compare optical measurements. Following this session, learners will complete online learning/exam to receive their final SCTE course certification.
