Your registration unlocks a complete conference experience:
- Access to all sessions and keynotes not listed as “Invitation Only”
- Entry to the Exhibit Hall
- Complimentary coffee, tea, beverages, and snacks during scheduled breaks
- Networking Cocktail Receptions: Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday
- Daily breakfast and lunch: Tuesday & Wednesday
What Events Can Exhibitors and Sponsors Attend?
Exhibitors and sponsors are welcome at all events not listed as “Invitation Only” or “Member Operators Only”.
I am not a Member Operator, but I am a consultant working with them. May I attend the Winter Educational Conference (WEC)?
Registration for Industry Professionals is for individuals who are attending the conference for educational purposes and are not currently a Member Operator. Anyone attending as an Industry Professional must be approved by NCTC before registering for the conference. If you are interested in attending as an Industry Professional, please email WEC@nctconline.org to request approval.
When and Where Is the Winter Educational Conference (WEC)?
WEC takes place February 16–18, 2026 at the M Resort – 12300 Las Vegas Boulevard South Henderson, NV 89044.
Is the Hotel Near the Strip?
Yes! The M Resort is just 12 miles south of the Las Vegas Strip—about a 16-minute drive.
What Amenities Does the M Resort Offer?
In addition to the conference programming, the M Resort features:

Is Shuttle Service Available?
Yes. Complimentary hotel shuttle service to and from Harry Reid International Airport is available daily from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.

Is There a Dress Code?
No formal dress code is required. Most attendees opt for business casual attire—jeans are perfectly acceptable.
Are There Any Discounts?
Yes!
- Early Bird Registration for NCTC Members & Supplier Partners: Available until November 26, 2025.
- Hotel Discount: NCTC’s special room rate is available until Thursday, January 26, 2026. After this date, rooms will be priced at the best available rate. (Click here to book).
Are there day passes available?
No, day passes are not offered. Attendance at WEC requires a full conference registration.
How Can I Become a Sponsor or Exhibitor?
The WEC is an invite-only event for NCTC members and partners.
