Geoff Shook is a seasoned veteran of the cable industry having spent nearly 30 years experiencing all aspects of the business. Geoff began his cable career in 1988 with Comcast where for the next 25 years he excelled in every position he worked. Initially starting as an Installer/Service Tech he learned the cable business from the ground up. He grew with the company having earned multiple leadership awards and promotions in all aspects of the business from Advertising Sales, to General Management to Regional Operations Leadership.
Geoff has spent the last four years in Toledo, Ohio where he began his tenure as Buckeye Broadband’s Executive Vice President of Customer Experience implementing multiple processes and procedures to enhance Customer Care and Technical Operations. Currently he serves as their Chief Operations Officer, Executive Vice President and General Manager where he continues to improve their Customers Experiences through new product launches and services innovations.
Geoff is married to Angela Shook with whom he’s been happily married for 31 years and they have three children (Ally Brown (Winston), Garrett Shook (Destiny) and Grayson.
