ACA Connects, which represents our Members in Washington, D.C., will cover in this session the various funding programs and their differences, including the new $42 Billion BEAD program. ACA Connects will also discuss how you can limit the risk of your company facing federal/state overbuilds, including a discussion of the requirements for the FCC’s new broadband data collection, which will be relied upon to determine eligible areas under the BEAD program.
