This past Tuesday, NCTC staffers braved the crowd of 800,000 Royals fans and drove downtown for a community service event.

If you aren’t following NCTC on Facebook yet, you may be missing out on all the great things our members are doing in their communities. This month we’ve seen quite a few members focus their community service efforts on back-to-school projects like these:

If you’re a Facebook friend or a Twitter follower, you may have noticed a new hashtag from NCTC: #cablecares. It is a simple way we hope to highlight all of the unbelievable efforts our members go through to better the communities they serve. From canned food drives to school carnivals and fighting cancer to providing services to schools, we couldn’t be more proud of the NCTC members.
