NCTC Winter Educational Conference & Technology Showcase
Join NCTC in Las Vegas, NV for the 2013 Winter Educational Conference as we discuss "Key Technologies and Emerging Trends". We'll feature two days of educational sessions, and over seven hours of exhibit time. Learn what's new from top suppliers and NCTC Members.
Last year, one of the more popular sessions was Rob McCann speaking on changes in our industry. Rob is back this year, and he'll address the top priorities you should be focused on in 2013. In addition, we'll look at home gateways and hear from leaders at Motorola, Aereo, Roku and more.

NCTC's Winter Educational Conference has become an important resource for Members to gather valuable information on the latest technologies, competitive strategies and revenue generating ideas. The Technology Showcase allows attendees access to NCTC's top suppliers in a smaller, more intimate environment. Register today and join us for a look at "Key Technologies and Emerging Trends".
Registration
All attendees are asked to check-in at the WEC registration desk to receive their name badge and conference materials. Registration will be open from 8:00am to 5:00pm on Monday and from 7:30am to Noon on Tuesday. The WEC registration desk will be located in the Grand Ballroom Foyer.
Attendee Information
The registration fee for NCTC Member Operators is $250.00 with an early bird discount of $50 if registered before February 1st. Your registration fee includes access to all sessions, Technology Showcase, Monday night's cocktail reception, Tuesday breakfast and lunch. Evening meals are open so you may enjoy some of the great restaurants and nightlife in Las Vegas – on the strip or right at the J.W. Marriott.
The Technology Showcase will be open on Monday, Feb 25, from 11:00am to 3:00pm and during the cocktail reception. Tuesday, Feb 26, exhibits will be open from 10:00am to Noon. You can download a list of exhibitors and their company information here.
Educational sessions will begin on Monday, Feb 25 at 9:00am and will continue thru Tuesday, Feb 26 until 3:30pm

Exhibitors
The Technology Showcase is an exclusive, invitation only event for NCTC approved technology solution suppliers and service providers. We limit the showcase floor to approximately 60 exhibit booths. This allows you intimate access to over 200 attendees from over 120 NCTC Member companies with 80% of these attendees at a decision making level or higher.
The showcase is designed so attendees can visit you during dedicated exhibit hours and during the cocktail reception on Monday evening. We hire security so you are welcome to leave your exhibit table space and attend the educational sessions if you like.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel your registration, please submit the request via email or fax to Lisa Miller at (913) 599-5903 or lmiller@nctconline.org. Cancellation requests will be accepted until Feb 11, 2013. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Conference Attire
Attire is business casual for all events. Because temperatures may vary in the meeting rooms, you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.
