Registration
To pre-register, see the "Attendee Registration" page. All attendees (pre-registered and onsite registrants) are asked to check-in at the WEC registration desk to receive their name badge and conference materials. Registration will be open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on Monday and from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The WEC registration desk will be located in the Austin Grand Ballroom Foyer.
Attendee Information
The registration fee for NCTC Member Operators is $250.00 with an early bird discount of $50 if registered before February 1st. Your registration fee includes access to all Sessions, Technology Showcase, Monday night's cocktail reception, Tuesday breakfast and lunch. You are welcome to sample Austin's great restaurant choices on your own for evening meals.
The Technology Showcase will be open on Monday, Feb 20, from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and during meeting breaks and the cocktail reception. On Tuesday, Feb 21, exhibits will be open during the breakfast and for the final exhibit hours of 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Educational sessions will begin on Monday, Feb 20 at 1:00 p.m. and will continue thru
Tuesday, Feb 21 until 5:00 p.m.
Exhibitors
The Technology Showcase is an exclusive, invitation only event for NCTC approved
hardware suppliers and service providers. We limit the showcase floor to approximately
50 table top booths. This allows you intimate access to over 200 attendees from over
100 NCTC Member companies with 80% of these attendees at a decision making level or
higher.
The showcase is designed so attendees can visit you during dedicated exhibit hours,
breaks and during the cocktail reception on Monday evening. We hire security so you
are welcome to leave your exhibit table space and attend an educational session if you
like.
Cancellations and Changes
If you need to change or cancel your registration, please submit the request via email or fax to
Lisa Miller at (913) 599-5903 or lmiller@nctconline.org. Cancellation requests
will be accepted until Feb 10, 2012. There will be no refunds for cancellations received after this date.
Conference Attire
Attire is business casual for all events. Because temperatures may vary in the meeting rooms,
you may want to bring a light jacket or sweater.
Attendance Policy
NCTC's Winter Educational Conference is an invitation only event. Please read the WEC Attendance Policy to insure you are eligible to attend.
