NCTC uses this information to process your registration requests, communicate with you about events that we are offering at the meeting(s) and for confirmations, reminders and general meeting information. NCTC’s retention of this information enables you to manage your registration data by making changes or cancelling a reservation. NCTC may share selected personal information with third parties affiliated with the convention. NCTC will produce an Attendee Roster with your Name, Company, Address, Phone and Email. This roster will be distributed to all meeting attendees. This roster will also be distributed electronically to the Exhibitors of the The Independent Show, with the understanding that the information may only be used for a one-time pre and post show contact.
