General Information about Exhibitor Registration
The Independent Show is an invitation only event. Subleasing or sharing of space with another business or firm is not permitted. Please reference the exhibiting rules & regulations. Please read the TIS Attendance Policy to ensure you are eligible to attend. By attending this meeting you are agreeing to comply with these policies.
Exhibiting companies receive 2 Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations with each exhibit space purchased. You may also register additional personnel subject to the attendance policy referenced above. Registrations are not transferable to other companies or individuals. Registrations include admission to the Exhibit Floor, all meals, any sessions not listed as "Members Only" and all group events. The Exhibit Only Pass allows admission to the Exhibit Floor Only and does not include any sessions, meals or group events.
Booth Package
Exhibit Booth fees include (2) Complimentary Exhibitor Registrations, (1) 8'x8' or 8'x10' carpeted space with 8' high back wall drape and 3' high side drapes, (1) 6' skirted table, (2) Plastic contour chairs, (1) Wastebasket, (1) 7"x44" identification sign, wireless internet access.
Exhibit Floor Set-Up & Dismantle
Exhibitors may begin setting up booths on Monday, July 29 from 7:00am - 1:00pm in the Sapphire Ballroom. Lunch will be available in the Exhibit Hall during set up. Exhibitors can pack up their materials beginning at 12:00pm on Tuesday, July 30. Boxed Lunches will be available in the Exhibit Hall during dismantle.

Exhibitor Resourses
Onsite Exhibitor Registration Policy
Onsite registration for additional supplier personnel will be available only to exhibitors whose companies are registered to exhibit at the conference. No onsite registration will be accepted by any persons not working directly for an NCTC "approved" supplier, programmer or service provider. Manufacturers' representatives, consultants, etc must be approved by NCTC and registered in advance by the company they are representing.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
  • ALL CANCELLATIONS: Must be in writing and are effective upon receipt by NCTC.
  • EXHIBIT BOOTH CANCELLATION REFUND: If your cancellation notice is received by July 1, 2013, NCTC will refund all amounts already paid. No refund will be given for cancellations after July 1, 2013.
  • EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION CANCELLATION REFUND: If your cancellation notice is received by July 15, 2013, NCTC will refund all amounts already paid. No refunds will be given for cancellations after July 15, 2013.
