NCTC’s membership application process involves several steps, beginning with NCTC’s determination that a prospective applicant qualifies to apply for NCTC membership. This preliminary step helps potential applicants determine whether they are qualified to apply for NCTC membership before they devote significant time and resources to preparing membership application materials. If, after reviewing the Qualification Questionnaire for Prospective Applicant, NCTC determines that a prospective applicant qualifies to apply for NCTC membership, NCTC will forward membership application materials to the applicant. NCTC treats membership applications and supplementary information as confidential, using the same degree of care that NCTC uses to maintain the confidentiality of its own confidential information. |
