NCTC negotiates master agreements with programming networks for the benefit of participating member companies, and coordinates payment for programming between programming networks and members. Members submit payment to NCTC monthly for the programming carried under NCTC's master agreements, and NCTC in turn, forwards a single payment to the programmer for carriage by all members.

Members may save on the per subscriber fees paid for programming through volume and other discounts in selected programming contracts. Members and programming networks benefit from the efficiencies and savings of consolidated ordering and payment through NCTC.

NCTC negotiates master agreements with hardware suppliers for the benefit of participating member companies, and coordinates payment for hardware between suppliers and members. NCTC does not take title to products and does not warehouse or ship any products. Members order and pay through NCTC; the supplier or manufacturer drop ships the order to members.

Members benefit from an opportunity to save through volume pricing. In addition, the broad array of available hardware allows members to order and purchase most hardware components (and associated software and firmware) necessary to build and maintain video, data and phone distribution plant. Members and suppliers benefit from the efficiencies and savings of consolidated ordering and payment through NCTC.

In addition to programming and hardware, members have access to educational meetings and events, marketing materials and support, subscriber billing services, customer reward programs, supplier supported webinars, office supply and shipping discounts and a variety of additional member services.

NCTC's members-only website, www.nctconline.org, is our key communication forum with Members. NCTC's programming contracts, participation forms, and hardware and service suppliers are found in this central location. Members granted access to the web site can review contracts, sign-up online to participate under master programming agreements, review invoices, order hardware, participate in member-only marketing incentives and keep current on NCTC news and information.
